Replacement Part Request
If you find any damaged or missing parts during assembly, please request replacement parts in your order. We will complete the review within 2 working days and arrange the replacement immediately upon approval. Thank you for your understanding and support!
Packaging
We use bubble wrap, foam padding, and reinforced corrugated cartons for multi-layer protection. All packaging materials are recyclable or biodegradable to minimize plastic use.
Shipping
Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours after payment via Yanwen, YunExpress, DHL, etc., with full tracking provided. Upon delivery, please inspect the package if the outer box is severely damaged and report any issues within 24 hours. Lost packages or prolonged tracking stagnation will result in a free replacement or refund. Remote areas may require additional shipping fees.
