Shipping Coverage & Address Requirements
Coverage & Fees: For most available destinations, the checkout price already includes shipping, customs-clearance handling, and applicable import duties or taxes.
However, for some remote destinations or countries and regions with stricter customs requirements, additional shipping fees may apply. The buyer may also need to provide a tax ID, cooperate with customs clearance, and pay local duties or taxes if required by local authorities.
Address Requirements: Kindly provide a full street address with house or apartment number to guarantee successful delivery. Please note that PO Box addresses are not accepted.
Processing Time & Delivery Timeline
Dispatch Schedule: Orders placed before 15:00 (GMT+8) will be scheduled for dispatch on the next business day, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Estimated Timeline: We use Yanwen Air Mail. Estimated transit times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.
- Asia: approximately 6–10 working days
- Europe and North America: approximately 12–18 working days
- Other regions and remote areas: approximately 15–30 working days
These time frames are for reference only. Remote areas, customs inspections, holidays, and local courier delays may extend the final delivery time.
Expedited Shipping Service: Standard cross-border shipping is our default option. Expedited delivery requires additional fees. Please contact us if needed.

Please note that tracking information may not appear immediately after you receive the tracking number. In many cases, the parcel is still being collected or processed by the logistics provider, and tracking updates will usually become available within 1–2 working days.
We use fully trackable shipping methods, so once the parcel enters the logistics system, you will be able to follow its movement online.
