About BrickLiang Studio
BrickTok serves as the global channel of BrickLiang Studio, focusing on Lego Technic sets reviews and original MOC design.
Who we are
BrickLiang Studio was founded in 2021 — a China-based building-block studio specializing in LEGO bricks. We produce in-depth review videos of LEGO building sets while developing our own MOC designs.
We currently have 700,000+ video subscribers in China, making us one of the most influential LEGO content creators in China.
We release only 1-2 MOC designs each year — nearly all Technic builds such as 1:8 scale supercars and 1:5 scale motorcycles.
For production, we have long-term strategic partnerships with premium brick manufacturers including Gobricks and JingBlocks. Most of our building-block sets now use Gobricks parts.
Our design philosophy
Aim for precision
From initial overall dimensions, wheelbase and wheel size, to the angles and placement of every exterior module, every dimension is precisely calculated and realized through the most logical and efficient building techniques.
Modular architecture
A clear modular layout fosters a genuine sense of assembling a real car. It also simplifies disassembly and repair — locate and correct an early-stage mistake by disassembling only the affected modules.
Designing the journey, not just the outcome
The unique joy of a brick model lies in the building process itself. The thrill of completion is momentary; the journey — with satisfaction and the occasional frustration — unfolds over ten to twenty hours. That's where the true magic lives.
Sturdiness is key
Models are engineered to withstand rigorous handling, common play scenarios, shocks and even accidental drops — with extensive multi-directional interlocking between exterior modules.
Know the why as well as the what
Mechanical linkages are the true soul of Technic creations. For supercars, design extends beyond movement into precise geometric calculations. Our manuals include sections on drive principles and the geometry behind the parts.
